This garment is meant to be worn open and as a layering piece on top of your tank top, shirt, hoodie, etc..

Width 20.5 | Length 22.5 | Sleeve Length 21.5

If you wear a SMALL-MEDIUM, this will most likely fit you. Make sure you're good with the crop length.  

Model Alex is 5'1 and wears a size XS.
